Europe 10-20€** / 1 - 15 business days

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When your order ships, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number. All orders are fully traceable through gls.com or the corresponding shipping company, as confirmed in the email.

*Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. During high demand periods the delivery times could increase.

**Depending the country.

The C'est Nous return policy has a period of 15 days from when the order is delivered. The product must be returned to the sender's address for a refund or exchange. To do this, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition (label, packaging, etc.).

The cost of return shipping will not be included in the product refund.

The refund will be made once we receive the product in our studio.
