Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your order. To be eligible, the product must be in perfect condition, including its original label and packaging.

Please note that items purchased at a discounted price or on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To initiate a return, access the Return Portal, enter your order number and follow the instructions.

Once we receive the item at our studio, we’ll process your refund.

Please note that if the customer refuses a parcel due to import duties or taxes, they may be held fully responsible for all postal fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
