Shipping Terms

Spain: Estimated delivery time: 1 - 7 business days.
Europe: Estimated delivery time: 1 - 15 business days (timing may vary depending on the destination country).
USA: Estimated delivery time: 7 - 14 business days.
Asia & Rest of the World: Estimated delivery time: 7 - 14 business days.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email will be sent with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All shipments are traceable via the designated courier service.

Additional Information

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as customs procedures, local holidays, or high-demand periods.
We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.
Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Remote Areas & Islands

Deliveries to remote areas or islands may require additional transit time. Please allow extra days for your package to arrive.

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
